1 General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the nnok platform and all its services. By accessing the nnok website, registering an account, or using any service, the user automatically accepts these terms. Anyone who disagrees with any part of these terms is asked not to use the site.
nnok reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page regularly.
In these terms, "nnok", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating the platform. "User", "you", and "your" refer to the person using nnok's services.
2 Eligibility and Age Limit
Users must be at least 21 years old to create an account on the nnok platform and to take part in any betting or casino activity. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
- Providing accurate age information at the time of registration is mandatory.
- nnok may request valid identification at any time for age verification purposes.
- Providing false information about age will result in permanent account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
- Users must comply with the applicable laws of their own country.
3 Account Registration
Each user may create only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, it will be considered a violation and all accounts will be closed. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or IP address, they must inform the nnok support team in advance.
3.1 Registration Information
The following details must be provided accurately when creating an account:
- Full legal name (as shown on national ID or passport)
- Correct date of birth
- Active mobile number
- Valid email address
- Current address
If the information provided during registration is false or incomplete, nnok reserves the right to close the account and hold any deposited funds. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
3.2 Account Security
Users must use a strong password and must never share their login details with anyone else. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to nnok immediately. nnok will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to an account.
4 Account Verification
nnok follows KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Identity verification is required before processing withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount. Any one of the following documents may need to be provided for verification:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- Proof of mobile banking account
Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. If the documents provided are not valid or do not match the original information, the verification process will be rejected.
5 Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
nnok currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no fixed deposit fee, though the mobile banking operator's own charges may apply.
5.2 Withdrawals
The same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal limit is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes, but may be delayed due to verification or technical reasons.
- All wagering requirements on any active bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
- Once a request is being processed, it may not be possible to cancel it.
- Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
- It is recommended to withdraw to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
5.3 Fraudulent Transactions
If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, nnok reserves the right to hold it until an investigation is complete. If fraud is confirmed through the investigation, the funds involved will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
nnok offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, and by accepting a bonus, those terms are agreed to.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus can only be claimed once per user.
- A second bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless the specific terms of that offer allow it.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are completed.
- If a bonus is not used within the set time limit, it will be cancelled.
- A maximum bet limit may apply when using a bonus.
- nnok reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of bonus abuse.
The specific terms of each promotional offer are published alongside that offer. If the specific terms conflict with the general bonus terms, the specific terms will take precedence.
7 Betting Rules
The following rules apply at all times when betting on nnok. Betting involves financial risk — there is no guarantee of winning.
7.1 Placing Bets
- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
- A bet cannot be placed if there is insufficient balance in the account.
- If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, nnok reserves the right to cancel that bet.
- If clearly incorrect odds (obvious error) are displayed, there is no obligation to pay out any winnings from those bets.
7.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement
If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or completed outside the scheduled time, the bet is generally treated as void and the stake is returned. However, separate rules may apply for certain sports.
7.3 Multi Bets
All selections in a multi bet must be correct. If even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost. The combined odds in a multi bet are calculated by multiplying the odds of each selection together.
8 Casino Games
nnok casino offers slots, live casino, table games, fishing games, and many other types of games. Each game has its own RTP and rules.
- Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely unbiased.
- If the connection is lost during a game, the result is normally saved after the round is completed.
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount is returned.
- In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
- In Aviator and other crash games, the user decides when to cash out.
The rules of the game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution) also apply. In any dispute about a game, the game server log will be considered the final evidence.
9 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on nnok and will result in permanent account closure:
- Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
- Abusing the bonus system — such as placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a specific outcome.
- Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for an advantage.
- Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
- Betting using funds belonging to a third party.
- Impersonating an nnok employee or representative.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Suspension by nnok
nnok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to provide documents required for verification.
- Suspicion of fraud or an ongoing investigation.
- Suspicion of money laundering.
- Involvement in prohibited activities.
10.2 Closure by the User
A user who wishes to close their own account can contact nnok customer support. Before processing the account closure request, all bonus wagering requirements will be reviewed and any applicable balance will be returned. Self-exclusion is also available under the Responsible Gaming policy.
11 Privacy and Data Protection

nnok uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal information secure. Information is not sold to third parties. However, information may need to be provided to authorities upon request under legal obligations.
12 Limitation of Liability
The nnok platform is provided "as is". nnok will not be held liable in the following situations:
- Issues caused by a user's internet connection being interrupted.
- Technical issues with third-party payment providers.
- Losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their own login credentials secure.
- Unexpected server downtime or maintenance periods.
- Any financial losses from betting or gaming.
nnok's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual balance available in the user's account.
13 Responsible Gaming
